Tweaking.com Support & Help / Tweaking has not made any changes in the last two hours

Hello,

I have a Win 10 system and started the tweaking program about 5 hours ago.  It has stopped at Job 8 of 42 for the last three hours.  There is no read or write for some time.
 

This is the first time I have ran Tweaking.  Not sure what I should do now.  Any help would be appreaciated.
